Stouse Design is a trusted, reliable, and family oriented architecture and interior design firm located in Austin, TX.

Our role in the design and construction process is to advocate for our clients, and as such, we always listen first.

We create spaces for belonging and connection, and steward every project from just a sketch of an idea to move-in.

  • Born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Educated in Architecture at University of Virginia, and University of Texas. Professional experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Real Estate Development and Management in Atlanta GA, Charlottesville VA, New Orleans LA, and Austin TX. Father of three, husband to one. Lover of fine details, turtle soup, and the Wild Tchoupitoulas.

  • Born and raised in Houston, TX. Educated in Landscape Architecture at University of Virginia and in Business at University of Texas. Professional experience in Landscape Architecture, Business Marketing, and Interior Design in Atlanta GA, Charlottesville VA, New Orleans LA, and Austin TX.

    Mother of three, wife to one. Lover of dirt, crawfish bread and dancing.

  • Born and raised in Houston, TX. Educated in Architecture at Rice University. Professional experience in Architecture in Austin TX. Mother of two, wife to one. Lover of maps, Friday nights, and fireflies.

  • Born in El Paso, raised in Juarez. Attended architecture school at the ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico. 32 years of professional experience in commercial, public, education and residential Architecture, all in Austin and the Rio Grande Valley.  Father of two boys, husband to a force of nature, lover of Physics and Math.

  • Born and raised in San Diego, California. Educated at The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Applied Learning and Development. Professional experience in teaching in Austin and other cities in Texas. Mother of two daughters.  Lover of cooking, traveling, and wine!

The outcome exceeded our expectations. When we started down this path, we never imagined the end result being what it is. We never would have gotten through the process without the Stouse team! If we decide to build another house, Stouse Design will be our first to call.
