Set at the end of what’s become a commercial corridor leading to the highway, this project
navigated all of Austin’s commercial codes, ordinances, and overlays on a small single family
residential lot. Scaled like a residence, involving more design passion from the client than usual,
and still needing to house and reflect a highly functioning small business, the building
succeeded on all fronts.
