We took a poorly renovated home in an incredible neighborhood, found a way to clean up and fix questionable features, and give the whole house a more contemporary, fresh palette. The floorplan expanded with two additional second level bedrooms, an additional bath, laundry room, and more useable covered porch. Other upgrades include a new entry sequence, expanded kitchen, and enhanced main bath and closet spaces. A few major structural interventions allowed for an expansive main living and entertaining space.
